Peaceful Dinner

Once a week, Gerald & I will spend some time together without Baby Kara. It's important for our sanity!

Most of the time, we spend quality time over dinner. Yes, eating together is our favorite pass time! Having a quiet long meal at ECP on a saturday night is awesome!

Working from home

Tried working from home today & it certainly felt more tiring! Having telcos while Baby Kara is feeling "chatty" ain't a good idea. LoL!
This despite having a helper who's doing all the washing & preparing Baby Kara's meals.

Nonetheless it was good fun that we were "working together". Baby Kara was so happy she was chuckling non stop while sitting on the high chair opposite me as we played peekaboo with the laptop screen. :)

La la la la... Elmo song!

Daddy bought this nice bright red Elmo T-shirt for Baby Kara sometime back & we were thinking it'll take a while before she could fit in it. BUT before we knew it, she has grown so huge it fits her perfectly now!

Happen to be on leave today to spend some quality time with Baby Kara & managed to witness this new milestone. She could reach out for her collection of toys! None of us taught her that and she's totally happy exploring her toys basket on her own!

Exhausted after all the playing!!

Mummy & her new Bike

Mummy's new bike is finally ready! Super nice pic taken by overzealous cycling frens when I'm still in Bkk.

10+ cycling frens came by KH to pledge their support when I went down to checkout the frame for the first time. So when the bike is finally ready, they were more excited than me!

Team Banana lady lead - "Queen Banana" was there to grace the opening ceremony!

Featherlite @ 7.66Kg!

Super satisfied after the first ride!

Baby Kara sharing the joy!

Baby Kara will be a good rider too? You bet!

We miss Baby Kara!

5D5N away from Baby Kara & we missed her lots! The short break was perfect for me. Came back recharged & more relaxed!

Daddy happy to pick up Baby Kara.

BF @ 34 weeks

Managed to exclusively bf Baby Kara for more than 6 months & was contemplating to stop before the BKK trip.

Bf was very difficult in the beginning but it gets easier. Now I don't have to pump at regular intervals, it takes only 15mins plus I've 2 sets of accessories so it's quite hassle free. Of course milk supply is also reduced but it's still sufficient to feed Baby Kara without having to rely on formula milk.

The advantages of BF:
- Close bonding with Baby Kara
- Hassle free when we bring Baby Kara out during the weekend.
- cheap!

Couldn't bear to so decided to pump & throw to maintain the supply.
