Poor Kara :(

Kara is down with fever for 4 days with no other symptoms. Despite having seen a doc on the 1st day, her fever didn't reside so here we are to try out the renown TCM massage.


Poor Kara was so brave she endured the painful ordeal.

6 weeks+ 1st Brisk Walk to ECP

Lower Abs muscles are really weak so running is not possible. Have to resort to brisk walking in the interim
