Week 30

Approaching week 30 & tummy is 40"!

Tried Sin Hoi Sin for the first time at Tiong Bahru tonight.  The food was delicious though it's a bit pricey for zi char.  Loved the spring onion fried deer meat =)

Shopping Spree III

After yoga today, we went shopping for baby stuffs again & chance upon the Metro sales i.e. 20% storewide with additional 10% rebate using the UOB card.  It's really worth it as the sales was also applicable at Mothercare which had an outlet inside Metro Paragon.

Ended up getting the nuk teats, 2 nursing bras and a set of 3 baby towels.

Pre-Natal Photography I

Started pre-natal photography this weekend with our newly acquired DSLR.  First stop was lunch at Prive.  Simply loved the first photo!

Of course never forgetting to take pics with my fav Lynn2. Followed by BBQ with the family to celebrate Father's day.

Daddy's Birthday

Was searching for the ideal bday present for Gerald & decided to get the Jay Chou concert ticket for him.  Since the tickets were fully sold out, ended up getting from a reseller at a premium price.

Sigh, ended up Sistic started selling more seats (obstructed / limited view) the very next day after I got the tickets.  Though the seats were not as good we what I got, ended up I had to tell Gerald prior to his bday.  Luckily Daddy was still pleasantly surprised. 

Week 28

Officially 28 weeks. Waistline is 40" & I weight a whopping 63kg now!

Weird things happens during pregnancy.. Woke up this morning thinking that I was having running nose until Gerald turned on the lights & realised I was bleeding from the nose. Never happened before! Probably due to the last night KFC dinner followed by durian supper...

Was so blur I didn't know how I lost the car keys today.  Was real busy in office today & ended up working till about 9pm. Only realised my car keys were gone when I went to pickup the car.  Ended up searching my bag & workstation before finally giving up & Gerald had to grab a cab from home to bring me the spare keys.  =(

Capture Beautiful Memories...

Attended S&S church wedding today.  As usual, frens were surprised by my fast growing tummy & I look HUGE in all picture

 Had dinner with Gerald's family at City Square mall & we ended up buying this pretty little top for Baby.

Gerald was thinking of buying a video camera as well as a digital SLR to capture the baby's growing years.  Managed to convince him to just get the DSLR.  Anyway the Cannon EOS 550 is able to take HD videos.  Ended up we bought from the popular photo shop at AMK before attend S&S wedding Dinner at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa.

Photo taking is a breeze on the DSLR.

Craving for Salted Egg Prawn

Was craving for salted egg prawn after seeing a picture online.  Gerald ended up giving in & we had a nice relaxing dinner at East Coast Jumbo complete with chilli crab... one of the perks of being preggie =)

Shopping Spree II

There's a Baby Fair at the Expo this weekend.  We're excited to start shopping for baby stuffs so we went on Friday night after work. Ended up with lots of good buy.

More shopping at Paragon followed by Lunch at PS Cafe.

Went back to the Baby Fair again on Sunday to get the breast pump. Frens recommended electric double pump so we ended up getting the Medela Pump in Style.  It was sooooo expensive I felt so heartache. Daddy was so willing to spend on Baby... Baby will definitely be dote on in future. =)

Also got the breast feeding pillow & drying station for the milk bottles.

Also started our childbirth education class this week.  A total of 6 weekly two hours plus lessons.  Started with prenatal exercises, myths & traditions as well as nutrition during pregnancy. Busy weekend!

Approaching 3rd Trimester

Time flies.. I'm officially 26 weeks & approaching 3rd trimester soon.

Started to really feel baby kicking this week & the feeling was amazing. Bump is 37" & I'm already 62.5kg. *horrors* As I approach 3rd trimester, actually have the feeling that I'm going to miss being pregnant!

Lynn2 will love Baby

Lynn Lynn is > 12 years old I.e. 96 doggie years old! She has got cataract & she needs help standing as her hind legs has grown so weak. :(

Nonetheless she's still as cute as ever. Looking forward to seeing Baby play with Lynn2, I'm sure Lynn2 will dote on baby lots!



Had a new addition to the family few months back & that's JJ. She's a shih tzu just like ham2 but their personality are miles apart. She loves attention, likes to sleep in her doggie cage & hates the garden grass.. How strange can it get? :p

Top of My Wish List

Woke up this morning dying for a beach resort vacation. However as my second trimester slowly comes to an end, the possibility of a short indulgence vacation seems soooo impossible. :(


Ended up browsing our Maldives honeymoon pictures & drooling away. We looked sooo happy in those pictures & I was still so slim & pretty. Sigh :(
