Week 47 - Fun @ Marina Barrage

Awesome suggestion by mummy... to watch kite flying at Marina Barrage in the evening!
Plus mummy is working from home today so we could go grab yummy Sarpino's Pizza before picking up Daddy from the office.

Wake-up Call!

A few colleagues have been commenting over the past weeks or even months that I've lost too much weight. Wake up call came today only when I need to get Size XS from 2 different shops!

Makes me seriously think if I'm working out too much...

Becoming a cycling Freak

You know you're slowly becoming a cycling freak when you join the monster ride. racing down coastal at ~45km/hr & what's more, come home to wash the bike until the wee hours so that it's sparkling clean!

Trifactor 21KM Run

My 2nd 21Km event run this year & I was aiming to do better than my last PB at Sundown Marathon. In fact I was running much faster for the first 10KM at average 4:30p pace but eventually slowed down at the 2nd half of the race (the route feels like eternity!) and ended up with 2:07:44.

Ballet Under the Stars with Baby Kara

Every year Gerald & I will go enjoy Ballet Under the Stars armed with a picnic mat + food and we'll see the children & parents enjoying themselves at Fort Canning park & say we'll bring our kids there next time!

KTM Tracks Ride!

James suggested we take a ride along the rail tracks before it's gone so we gathered the group, borrowed mountain bikes from friends & here we go! Super thankful James helped to settle our bikes, Birdman, SH & Ian for the logistics so the bikes are nicely ready on Sat am!

Mission accomplished! Cycled 2Km on the tracks & it felt like FOREVER.  Struggled to stay within the tracks with all the gravel. Amazing I even preserve! In the past I would have aborted the mission at the starting point. Awesome company does wonders! Ended up with 3 food/coffee stops, hours of chatting & lots of bonding.
