10KM Run / 39KM Bike / 5KM Run @ 1:00:42 / 02:24 / 1:12:20 / 02:27 / 39:40 = 2:57:41 was harder than I thought! Really need to work on those brick training...

Baby Kara is doing well! At 17 months, she could run on the sand, enjoy the tides along the beach & dip into the sea. Kudos to our precious!
