Poor Kara :(

Kara is down with fever for 4 days with no other symptoms. Despite having seen a doc on the 1st day, her fever didn't reside so here we are to try out the renown TCM massage.


Poor Kara was so brave she endured the painful ordeal.

6 weeks+ 1st Brisk Walk to ECP

Lower Abs muscles are really weak so running is not possible. Have to resort to brisk walking in the interim

Week 6 - clearing blocked nose

After more than a week of blocked nose & trying to clear it using the sea salt nasal spray, baby Karine's blockage finally came out & she's now a happy gal :)

Week 6 - Maternity Leave

2nd Time Mummy Power

Being experienced really makes a difference! Was able to bring Karine to the polyclinic for her 1 month Hep B vaccine on my own. The place was jammed placed but yet I was feeling relaxed & strong.

Heat Rash @ 4 weeks

Baby Karine has these severe looking rashes so I took her to the pd who confirmed these are heat rash & not eczema. Thank god!
