Thanks to having Cheers nearby where I could grab 2 packs of ice
& the ice box at home really came in handy to prevent the frozen EBM from defrosting.
Luckily only 2 packs got slightly defrosted. Since defrost EBM needs to be consumed within 24 hours, I unfortunately ended up with blocked ducts as I bottle fed baby Kara the whole day so as not to waste it. Sigh! The price of being cheapo :(
