Rest Days

Ever since I started working out after 6 weeks post-delivery, I workout mainly in the morning before work & have gotten very strong.  Even stronger than pre-pregnancy! There are even times I'm so obsession, I'll jog / bike in the morning and have a short 20-30 mins swim after work before spending time with Baby Kara.

Ever since the "wake-up call", I have been trying to convince myself to include 2 rest (no workout at all) days per week. 

So we were are! Mummy relax & practice walking with Baby Kara while Daddy sweats it out!
Baby Kara can sprint towards the water bottle anytime!
Daddy is super motivated with our support!
